Pure Solv MD Fume Hood Design
Innovative Technology, Inc can integrate your New Pure Solv MD into most fume hoods both existing
and new. The Pure Solv Systems extruded aluminum frame allows us to customize these systems with
relative ease. All custom designs are carefully engineered by Innovative Technology, Inc using Solid
Works 3D Engineering Models to assure that the not only will the systems fit into the hood along with
usability and serviceability in mind. While it is not mandated that Pure Solv-MD Systems are placed into
fume hoods, and many of our customers would prefer to utilize valuable hood space for other purposes,
Innovative Technology, Inc will customize to meet your needs.

Pure Solv MD Remote Dispensing Design
The Pure Solv-MD System shown here meets a unique requirement where our customer had to house
all solvents and solvent carrying vessels inside a solvent bunker located outside the lab, yet still wanted
easy access to anhydrous solvents near their work space. The net result was the Pure Solv-MD reservoirs
and main frame were housed in the solvent bunker and were connected via stainless steel tubing to the
air free dispensing panel remotely integrated into a fume hood within their lab space. This allowed the
customer to meet all of their local fire regulations while not sacrificing the convenience of having a
dedicated anhydrous dispensing station in their lab.
Pure Solv MD Custom Size
While Innovative Technology, Inc offer the Pure Solv-MD in three standard frame sizes between 1 & 7
solvents. Our extruded aluminum frame design easily allows us to manufacture frames for larger lines of
solvents. Shown here is an example of ten solvent system that will eventually be placed into a 8 foot
walk in fume hood. Again, it has been designed not only to fit into the hood but with usability and
serviceability in mind.
